Jonathan founded Hammond Clarke in 2007 and has grown it into the UK’s go to agency for high end interim staff.

With over 20 years experience in recruitment and a successful career in central government and IT, Jonathan understands the unique challenges and needs of public sector resourcing. He takes a hands on role within the business and leads Hammond Clarke with dedication to our clients and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Jonathan is a passionate believer in supporting community and works hard for his chosen charities.

In his time off, he enjoys spending time with his family and supporting Chelsea football club as a season ticket holder. A lover of music, Jonathan plays guitar and sings lead vocals in a band. And, when time allows, he is also a keen cricketer.
